
This is such an easy and quick treat to make but the end product looks like you put so much effort.
Here’s what you need:
- Apples (I used small pink lady apples)
- Pre-made pie crust (I used Pillsbury)
- Unsalted butter
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Fig butter
- 1 tablespoon water
How to make:
1. Unroll the pie crust in a tart pan 2. Use finger to press crust to the pan 3. Core the apple and slice thinly 4. Arrange apple slices in circular overlapping design 5. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar 6. Cut 1 stick of butter in cubes 7. Arrange butter over the apples 8. Bake @ 400 F for 18-20 mins 9. Dissolve a tablespoon of fig butter in a 1 tbsp of water, the brush on top of tart. Enjoy!!!
